How to set up an email account on an Apple/iOS mobile device
To set up an email account on an Apple/iOS mobile device, follow these steps:
1 – Go to Settings > MAIL
2 – Tap Accounts.
3 – Tap Add ACCOUNT
4 – Select select OTHER and enter the incoming and outgoing mail Server addresses for your email account manually.
Normally something like mail.yourdomain.co.za for incoming & mail.yourdomain.co.za for the outgoing mail servers
5 – Enter your email address and password.
6 – Tap NEXT.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process.
