To change an email account’s storage space in cPanel, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. In the Email section, click Email Accounts.
  3. Click the name of the email account whose storage space you want to change.
  4. In the Account Information section, click Change Quota.
  5. In the New Quota field, enter the new storage space to allocate to the email account.
  6. Click the Save button.

cPanel will change the email account’s storage space. The new storage space will take effect immediately.

Note: If the email account is already using more storage space than the new quota, you will need to delete some of the email messages from the account before the new quota can take effect.

Here are some additional tips for changing an email account’s storage space in cPanel:

  • If you are unsure of how much storage space to allocate to the email account, you can check the current storage usage by clicking the Storage Usage tab in the Email Accounts interface.
  • You can also set a warning quota for the email account. This will send an email notification to the account holder when the storage usage reaches the warning quota.
  • You can also set a prohibit quota for the email account. This will prevent the account holder from sending or receiving email messages when the storage usage reaches the prohibit quota.
