To add a user to a database and add privileges in cPanel, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. In the Databases section, click MySQL Databases.
  3. Under Current Databases, find the database that you want to add the user to and click the Manage User Privileges link.
  4. Under Privileged Users, click the Add Privileged User button.
  5. In the Username field, select the username of the user that you want to add.
  6. Click the Add button.

The user will now be added to the database. You can now grant the user the necessary permissions.

To grant the user permissions, follow these steps:

  1. Under Privileges, select the privileges that you want to grant to the user.
  2. Click the Make Changes button.

The user will now have the selected permissions for the database.

Here are some additional tips for adding a user to a database and adding privileges in cPanel:

  • Only grant the user the permissions that they need. This will help to keep your database secure.
  • If you are adding the user to multiple databases, you can grant the user permissions for all of the databases at once by clicking the All Databases checkbox.
