To delete a database in cPanel, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. In theย Databasesย section,ย clickย MySQL Databases.
  3. Underย Current Databases,ย find the database that you want to delete and click theย Deleteย link.
  4. In theย Delete Databaseย confirmation box,ย clickย Delete Database.

cPanel will delete the database and all of the data associated with it.

Note: Be careful when deleting databases, as the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to back up the database before deleting it, if you need to restore the data later.

Here are some additional tips for deleting a database in cPanel:

  • Only delete databases that you are no longer using.
  • If you are using the database in any applications,ย you will need to delete the database from the application’s configuration file before deleting it in cPanel.
