To create an autoresponder with cPanel Webmail, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel Webmail account. (https://yourdomain.co.za/webmail)
  2. Click the Autoresponders icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. Click the + Create Autoresponder button.
  4. Enter the following information:
    • Email Address: The email address to which you want to send the autoresponse.
    • Subject: The subject line of the autoresponse email.
    • Body: The body of the autoresponse email.
    • Interval: The number of hours to wait between sending autoresponses to the same email address.
    • Start Date: The date and time to start sending the autoresponse.
    • End Date: The date and time to stop sending the autoresponse.
    • Status: Whether to enable or disable the autoresponder.
  5. Click the Create button.

Your autoresponder will now be created and will start sending autoresponse emails to the specified email address at the specified interval.

Additional tips:

  • You can create multiple autoresponders for the same email address.
  • You can use HTML in the body of the autoresponse email.
  • You can test the autoresponder by sending an email to yourself.
  • You can disable the autoresponder at any time by clicking the Disable button.
