To manage disk usage with cPanel Webmail, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. In theย Emailย section,ย clickย Email Disk Usage.
  3. Theย Email Disk Usageย page will show you a list of all of your email accounts and the amount of disk space that each account is using.
  4. To view more detailed information about a specific email account’s disk usage,ย click theย Manageย link next to the account name.
  5. Theย Account Disk Usageย page will show you a breakdown of the disk space that the account is using,ย including the amount of space used by each email folder and the amount of space used by attachments.
  6. To delete emails and free up disk space,ย click theย Deleteย button next to the folder or attachment that you want to delete.
  7. You can also free up disk space by compressing your email folders.ย To do this,ย click theย Compressย button next to the folder that you want to compress.
