To track email delivery with cPanel Webmail, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel Webmail account.
  2. Click theย Track Deliveryย icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  3. In theย Recipient Emailย field,ย enter the email address of the recipient whose email delivery you want to track.
  4. Click theย Run Reportย button.

cPanel will generate a report that shows the status of the email delivery. The report will show the following information:

  • Event:ย The event that occurred during the email delivery,ย such asย Message accepted for delivery,ย Message delivered,ย orย Message failed.
  • User:ย The cPanel username of the sender.
  • Domain:ย The Domain Name of the sender.
  • From Address:ย The email address of the sender.
  • Sender Host:ย The IP address of the sender’s host.
  • Sender IP Address:ย The IP address of the sender.
  • Authentication:ย The type of SMTP authentication used to send the email.
  • Spam Score:ย The email’s Apache SpamAssassin score.
  • Recipient:ย The email address of the recipient.
  • Time:ย The date and time of the event.

You can also use the Email Address Trace diagram to track the path of the email through the internet. To view the Email Address Trace diagram, click the Email Address Trace button next to the email address of the recipient.

Here are some additional tips for tracking email delivery with cPanel Webmail:

  • You can filter the report by event,ย user,ย domain,ย from address,ย sender host,ย sender IP address,ย authentication,ย spam score,ย recipient,ย or time.
  • You can export the report to a CSV file.
  • You can use theย Searchย function to search for specific emails in the report.
